My experience with LBank customer support was fairly average. The agent was courteous and eventually resolved my issue, but the gaps between replies were longer than I expected. Having a clearer estimate of when to expect the next response would have made the process more predictable and less frustrating.
LBank's support team eventually resolved my issue. I had to explain the situation twice before it reached the appropriate team, but the final response was helpful and professional. I appreciated the assistance, although faster routing to the right team would have made the overall experience much smoother.
I opened a support request with LBank and received a response within a reasonable time. The instructions were clear enough to solve the problem. I would still like better visibility into ticket status while waiting for a reply.
I contacted LBank support about an account question. The first response was fairly general, but the follow-up addressed the issue more clearly. It would be helpful if the initial reply included more specific steps instead of sending users through several help pages.
