The withdrawal worked, but I had to wait for an additional review before it was released. I understand the security reason, yet WhiteBIT could communicate more clearly about what users should expect when a withdrawal requires extra checks.
I used WhiteBIT for a withdrawal and received the funds without a problem. The process itself was straightforward, although I spent some time checking whether the request was still pending or already being processed. Better status labels would improve the experience.
I withdrew funds from WhiteBIT after completing the required checks. The withdrawal was eventually processed, but the status page did not explain each stage very clearly. More specific updates would make delays easier to understand.
